Well Mr. Smith definitley deserved to be inducted into the HOF. Aother honourable mention goes to the Beastie Boys who were inducted into the HOF as well. This makes me wonder if there will ever be a hip hop hall of fame. Who would you want inducted into it? Canibus maybe?

Mos Def recently popped up alongside Raekwon, Swizz Beatz and Charlie Wilson on Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Friday freebie ‘Lord, Lord, Lord,’ but that’s neither the first nor the last time the two will work together. According to XXL, the Brooklyn native has become the latest signee to join Yeezy’s G.O.O.D. Music imprint, through which he will most likely release his next album.
G.O.O.D. Music, which boasts a roster including Common, John Legend, Kid Cudi, Mr. Hudson, Big Sean, GLC, Consequence and Cyhi Da Prynce, most recently saw the Clipse join the team.

Good look for Mos Def & Kanye! I think hanging around with Mos Def brings out the emcee in Ye’ and Mos will definitley flourish with Knaye’s production.

Tough luck for Tip, but I’m pretty sure that this is the least of his concerns since him and his wife got arrested a few weeks ago.
